Return and Refund Policy

 

This Return and Refund policy is only be applicable for MYBFF Online store.

Return and refund are subject to product eligible for refund must be returned subjected to mode of purchase:

In-store customer: 7 days from the date you purchased the product.

Online customer: 7 days from the date you received your parcel.

With the following terms and conditions:

1. Item must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
2. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
3. This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
4. For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by MYBFF.
5. Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by MYBFF’s return and exchange policy above.

Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund, Customer need to notify Customer Service by phone 012 6687249 or email cs@mybff.com.my to report on the products upon 3 days of receiving the goods.

For refund at stores, customer requires to return the damaged / wrong product at store within 7 working days from home delivery date. Refund payment will be debited to customer account within 14 to 30 working days depending on appointed bank refund policy and/or by MYBFF wallet. There will be no refund in cash to customer through store. The refund will be done via the same mode of payment via Online.

Return & Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

1. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
2. If the products expired; or
3. If the product is different from the Order delivered.

The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches Watsons store. Watsons will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product received by us. The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.

MYBFF reserves the right to inspect your defective product.

Please note that any man-made damage will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

If MYBFF determines that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange or refund your product.

In these terms and conditions “we” and “us” mean MYBFF, and “you” means the customer.

Your use of the website and placing orders shall thereat shall be deemed to imply your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. All references in the T&C to “we”, “us” shall mean MYBFF and “Goods” shall mean all the products line up/listed in MYBFF website.

MYBFF reserved the rights to amend and modify the terms and conditions.
